Paying for Parking you didn't use

Drove into your first level of parking and there was none. I was there for under a minute and wanted to exit. upon exit my card read invalid and I was told I needed to pay R6 for a parking service I never used! Upon speaking to your staff member Xolani he refused to let me out without paying. I find his attitude rude and unacceptable. I cannot be expected to pay for a service I did not use! most other malls have a fifteen minute drop off fee. it's understand if I was there for long but about a minute or under is ridiculous and terrible.
