Interparcel - Theives!!!!!

I recently tried to send a parcel to South Africa from the UK. The parcel has been in transit for 30 days and now it looks as if it may be lost. This company takes you money and your belongings and do not tell you that once the goods land in the destination country they wash their hands of any further responsibility. My parcel has ended up in the hands of the very unreliable South African post office. If I had know that it would end up with them I would not have chosen this service. It has most likely been ******. Thank you Interparcel for teaching me a valuable lesson in trust
