WARNING: Beware of Printing with Interpak Books

We ordered and paid a 50% deposit for 1000 books at the end of JUNE, with the promise that we would get them after 3 weeks. We finally received the poorly printed, unsaleable books 2 months later, having paid in full, on 25th August. <br> <br> After much back and forth, and trying to get us to buy the faulty books at a discount (why, so we could palm off inferior products on our customers like they tried to do to us?) they eventually acknowledged the unacceptable quality and agreed to a reprint, on 25th September. <br> <br> Any professionally run, ISO accredited company, which has had the client's money for 3 full months must SURELY prioritize the reprint and delivery above all other work, and yet they had to be nagged to even put it into the production schedule. We informed them numerous times that we are going overseas on 19th November and need to get the books in time to process all the back orders before then. Promises were made. Yet here we sit, no closer to receiving the product we ordered and paid for 5 months ago. <br> <br> Printing is a big investment and risk, especially for small independent publishers. So please be warned, based on our experience, beware of using this company!
