UNACCEPTABLE WORK ETHICS

Being an author, my publisher prints books with this company. On the 19th of November I received 50 copies when I had order and paid the full price for 100. As my launch was on that Saturday, I called to ask immediately after receiving and I was told that it was a mistake from Interpak and it would be rectified as soon as possible. That has been the story till now, I have wasted more than R100 airtime calling this company daily and they keep piling up stories until today they told me that they have a bigger client (Lexis Nexis) that they prioritize and they cannot stop production for me a smaller client. So as it is I have been given next week's date yet again. I have lost a total of 20 book sales,R120 per book making it R2400 and they will not even reimburse those losses to me. I'm angry and disappointed at such unfair, unproffessional and ********* business practices. I am working on a loss currently, not to mention i look extremely bad and unproffesaional as an author and it had tarnished my image while I was trying to break into the literature market of South Africa. I've had the worst experience and to top it off, the worst attitude from the responsible people.
