interpak did come to the party to fix bad order

Unfortunately I can't find out how to change a complaint into a compliment so am filing a new report. <br> <br> On Monday 16th November we reported Interpak books for failure to deliver our order, placed and paid for at the end of June. Since then, they have reprinted all the books and delivered them to us, so the matter has been resolved. They also upgraded the specs on the cover by using a matt laminate, at no extra charge. We appreciate that they saw this order through (2 extra reprints were needed due to ongoing problems with their machines) and eventually delivered the quality of product we had ordered.
