Terribly disappointed in Internet SA

Terrible signal every now and then. You have to pay the full amount every month but don’t get the full service that you pay for every month!! You can send emails as many as you like to complain, no one even bothers to answer your email. You sign that year contract and you are bounded to an internet service thats off every now and then!!! Not even an apology with some discount or anything! And the only answer you get when you phone in is that they will fix it tomorrow or on their side everything is in order. Terribly disappointing. I know that anything can go wrong in any type of business, but it is that extra mile that you walk with your client that counts!
