NO SEVICE AT ALL

I have paid my subscription amount in December 2020. It took 2 weeks for them just to pay me a visit and test the signal strength. up until now, the 01/29/2021 no one has contacted me for installation. When you call Marie the sales lady and ask about what is going on, they just don't get back to you on the matter. today I called and asked for a refund ASAP. The service they provide is up to @#&%#!!. If there is another site where I can report them please let me know, I will gladly do that.
