No internet signal and vwrh angry 😡

I am waiting on the line now over 25 minutes with my account.

I had ordered 2 roosters however canceled 1 which i have been billed for 2 instea of 1. Running in arrears im kept on the line holding.

I'm very angry 😡 coz ive nog had a signal since last week. I paid my normal installment which is R649 last month and this month.

Thjs is really frustrating they say i have 2 roosters they should tell me where the other one is

I want the signal back and correct amount to be billed Finally Khanyike called and promised to call back he spoke to me. Then kept me on hold and he he dropped me off.

Someone tell me why am i paying all this money to Mweb if they are not giving me the service i need? I want the signal back now😡😡😡
