local ping, at 80ms, pathetic, EUW servers, 300+ ms, useless

The most pathetic service i ever received, i send them multiple (hundreds) of screenshots to show them my internet is REALLY BAD, from speed tests to tracert screenshots, we are in South Africa, in here, Local, ping must be 30ms or less, with internet SA u WILL have a ping of 80ms+- local, this means, EUW servers, 300+ms, you know what they tell me? everything tests ok, there is no problem. Pathetic ISP. Do not sign up with them, i promise u, i have had trouble with them from day 1, and i have ALL the proof.
