Internet SA Harrismith .... Bad very bad service

For more than a year we still struggle with bad customer care. Management are never available and technicians always say they will give the complain to admin. They cover different towns on the countryside of the Free State. Poor quality network. We have 2year contract for a 4meg service but we struggle to get it. Hope you guys will help all the customers of internet SA
