Internet sa

Used to get reasonable support but since yesterday our internet is extremely slow, I phoned yesterday and they said they will reset from their side, our internet did not even go off, so that is to say they did not reset. Tried to phone again today 28/11/2021, no support to help. I work from home and is a huge problem. The town of Harrismith has got Fibre but Wilgepark does not have Fibre yet. We pay for a service but there is no service or support.
