Empty promises from InternetSA

It have been 2 weeks since I've signed the contract for installation of Internet at my house and ever since I've been calling and enquiring to when they will install the system - yet every time a different apology. Disappointment and frustration from the start, and I don't even have internet or an alternative arrangement from their side ONCE - Yet they let me pay three months in advance + the installation fee. Swak!
