Bad service of Internet SA Harrismith

We have been struggling for months with absolute poor service. We pay every month our fees but we do not get what we pay for. We pay for a 4meg line but speed test show 1.2meg. When we report is they have 1000 stories what the reason may be. The owner of this company have a very bad attitude towards customers because he know there isn't any other company that can give us internet. Bad bad service and *****ing customers money.
