VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I took out internet from IGEN and for some reason my debit order did not go off the selected date but instead of contacting me ZELDA spoke to my x and discussed it with him. I did not know that in any work place that you can discuss personal information with a 3rd party. Its very unproffessional and very bad for a company to do so. i need a explanation on why she did it. I will not recommend any 1 to take out internet from this company as your personal info is not save with them as they discuss it with anyone wanting to know.
