Lies and bad employees

Im very frustrated and disappointed and angry at the lies told to me and my fellow neighbors. I live in an estate with approximately 100 houses. Igen came to us and offering fibre with very good deals. We the house holder agreed to get the fibre lines installed in the estate. A few weeks later igen had a get together on the estate to discuss the deals and installations. As where i and many ppl were promise by said employee "Lauren from Uitenhage/jeffreys branch" that that what was on the flier/email was what we'd get. No hidden cost, no FUP, no throttling. A grade premium internet for the silver package price. We al though "WoW",. She then mentioned to wait for black Friday for the half installment and half router prices. Okay, i go an cancel my telkom 20mb line cause im taking the 50mb line from igen for the same price and no FUP and no THROTTLING... Come black friday, i waited an hour by the police for my Id certification and about an hour by the bank for documents. Just to fill in the whole contract by igen to find out that im crazy, where did i hear about the 50mb line premium for silver package prise. I try to explain as I'm doing here. They phone "Lauren", just so i could hear ocer the phone she never said so... So i took all my paper work and left and phone the Uitenhage branch where i speak to her "Lauren" and she tell me, oh sorry, i never said anything like that sir, and when she heard its from the estate she said,head office last minute change. Where do you put n deal on for over a month and on Thursday 28th November change it to normal prices. Not letting anybody know. I have to go back to telkom offices and reapply or a line and everything now just because of lies. Just gonna put this on facebook as well. And a few other media websites.
