Igen are Tops!

After reading some negative reviews received by Igen I felt it only fair to give praise where due. On 1 August I upgraded my service and this was done simply by sending an email. The upgrade was done exactly on time and the change to my account was done on time as well. All went well, like a hot knife through butter. Thanks Igen and well done.
