Zero communication about delivery and unhelpful details about it too

Internet Express delivered a book to my business address, but gave no notice at all prior to the delivery. I don’t know how I was meant to figure out that it had arrived.

But now to add insult to injury, when I try to see who signed for my parcel through the online tracking tool, it says, “Illegible”! How is that even vaguely acceptable? :O PLEASE help me understand how I’m going to track down the person responsible for my parcel at this point.

Please do better in future. You are being entrusted with goods that are valuable to the people you’re delivering them to; please treat them as such.
