worst service ever, do not use this courier company if you want good service.

Worst experience ever experienced, I was due to receive my parcel last week on 5 Sep, to this date nothing. tracking still says it's out for delivery. when I called the courier, they called the driver and while talking to them he hang up on them before he could confirm when I will be receiving my parcel. if that doesn't show how bad a service they offer then I don't know what would. Friday I tried calling them, but the phone just rang unanswered, may be it was an afternoon off.
