Worst Service Ever!

Worst service ever!! Have ordered a parcel from Rentoza and for 2 days now they tell me they don't know where my parcel is or which driver took it as it has not been scanned in or out.

Been trying to get answers and for 2 days now they have been checking cameras but nothing else is said besides that.

Will never in my entire life use them or recommend them to anyone!!! And I truly hope that Rentoza changes from using them as it also puts them in a bad light for partnering with such a bad company.
