Worst Service Ever

<p>2 weeks ago we changed courier companies and started using Internet Express. Of the +/- 30 collections/deliveries we have booked through them about 10 have been a disaster. Parcels don't get delivered on time, phones don't get answered, parcels can't be tracked and generall nobdy seems to know what is going on in the company!!! We are changing back to our old courier service as of today :(</p>
