Worst service !!

This is the most useless courier company I have ever dealt with. Customer care line might as well be closed! The most arrogant staff to add to that! Incorrect parcel was delivered, I phoned them as the delivery guy left, they came back to take the 2 incorrect packages but I never got mine. Since the 18th of November I have been trying to sort this out, now the tell me that I will maybe receive my parcel on Monday the 25th of November. They do not follow up, they do not call you back!
