Worst of the worst delivery companies

This is the worst delivery company ever I was expecting my delivery yesterday it never arrived I call the company today am being told that I will receive my parcel tomorrow, today its impossible for me to get my parcel because there's no vehicle available to deliver my parcel due to the high risk of crime in the area am staying at and as of that I payed for the delivery.
