Worst delivery company in Cape Town

I've never seen such an appalling service from a delivery company. I've been waiting for a package for a week now, every morning they send me a message that my package will be delivered today, so I stay home to receive it. Every day it doesn't get delivered for "Route volume exceeded". When I try to contact their help desk they either ignore me, hang up on me or transfer me 10 times until I give up. Incredibly bad service and I would stay away from them at all costs.
