WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

we arranged with them to deliver from Johannesburg to Cape town our request said we need the boxes before Monday 10 am (they have 6 days)

we had multiple deliveries to make to our stores. we lost sales because of internet express. over R25 000.00

they dont answer calls and logging a complaint is for the dust. i will never use this company again

the driver then arrives here with our stock that needed to be delivered now, one of the boxes(off co**** the one that needs to be delivered tomorrow) is missing no word no sorry.

we have now missed 3 days of service to our stores and the best they can do is put the phone down in you ear.

worst company ever.
