Worst courier service

The morning of Friday 25 July 2025 I received an email from internet express confirming that my parcel is out for delivery, I waited the entire day for nothing. I tracked my parcel during the course of the day it was out for delivery the evening the status changed to returned to hub. I then sent an enquiry to them and was only answered on Monday 28 July 2025 the agent apologized and said that the parcel is out for delivery again. Again I waited and later the day the driver called to confirm the address only to tell me he wont be delivering the parcel I will get it the following day. This morning I got a call from the same driver but still no notification that my parcel is being delivered. This is by far the worst courier service, I have paid for this parcel to be delivered and am being treated as though im begging for a parcel I paid for. I have wasted 2 entire days waiting for a parcel that is just not being delivered. Still waiting for a parcel dispatched on 23 July 2025
