worst courier service

worst service, they take orders for granted. they keep my items and don't deliver them to me and wait for me to call for them to assist.

they miss a takealot delivery, they do not communicate instead they just keep quiet. they are playing with people's businesses.

Spoke to United at their office. now they want me to provide them proof of collection that they should send me. Their system said they collected my system said they collected now they dont want to acknowledge taking my parcel

they refuse to get me hold of the management

2 orders, one they sent confirmation was collected but refused to the collected the otehr they msised a booking and never let me know.

i supled them with both bookings on time but they didnt deliver
