Very bad service and poor communication

Very poor service I'm disgusted. I have been sending them emails back and forth they have poor communication. My parcel returned yesterday because they took it to my work place after I had spoken to Zanele from their customer support to change the address as I will not be at work and she confirmed on the 19th that it was changed. I got a call from the driver Lubalele on the 22 saying he's taking the parcel back to their offices as he was not informed about the change of address but he mentioned that he saw the address was changed. 23rd no communication from them whatsoever. I have a function on the 26th and I needed to know in time if the dress on that parcel will fit so that I can make alternative option if it does not fit.
