Very bad attitude and not interested in business

I deal with ITT and Aramex daily as a business owner and one of my customers asked Internet Express to collect from me on their behalf They have such an attitude - spoke to them on the phone and ask for a time of expected pick up as I am not always in - and the lady on the phone told me that she cannot deal with me

Then I got an email stating I must go and deliver the parcel to their PE office that needs to go to the customer as they have been by me a few times without success. I spoke to their driver when they came to me and told him where to go and he said he will as he knows where it is and he never showed up They charge the customer for that each time

I would not recommend them and I would never use them
