Utter useless company

What a useless company. A parcel was sent via a audio store to me as very urgent. Up til now nothing has arrived. On the same time we ordered other components via ram couriers. These were delivered on time even though i was not on their route. Please people dont waste our time. Do us all a favour and join government. The level of service is the same.
