Using ***eons to send parcels would be faster

Imagine listing contact numbers that either don't work or don't answer. Then calling the support line and you legitimately sit there until your minutes run out because clearly everyone at the call center is either not working or could not be bothered. Parcel has been site seeing around Jozi in the back of a van since Monday 8 Dec - what is the point of stating 1-2 working days when you have clearly exceeded it.
