USELESS COURIER SERVICE DON'T USE THEM!!!!

I ordered something from JHB two weeks ago I've been waiting for my package the whole week last week it's another week now still nothing from the CPT branch. This is highly unprofessional. No contact has been made with me. There is no way of contacting the branch all the contact numbers I have don't work. I don't even know this courier service I've never even heard of them. I don't know why the seller used them. I'm highly disappointed. If I could give them a zero I would. A package that was sent overnight takes more than a week to reach the owner. What is that? Even their website is useless.
