Worst service ever!

Still no parcel! 4 days later and they don't know where it is! Blaming EVERYONE but themselves.

Then they "never picked it up" Then they "sent it to the wrong adress" Then they "found it on the floor without a waybill"

Tired of phoning, e-mailing and begging. Costing me money as I type this. USELESS!
