unprofessional service , the staff lie about attempting to deliver when they were nowhere near the delivery address

The company is so unprofessional , I received a message this morning from Reginald indicating that they will be arriving in the next 5 minutes , I left the office park and stood outside waited for the parcel , I'm still waiting

Instead of trying to call me , they juts **** to the company I bought the goods from indicating they have failed to deliver because I'm unavailable

there are no missed calls on my phone , no voice message , yet I'm told that they attempted to deliver

no delivery vehicle came outside our office park as I was there waiting for them

I just don't appreciate turned into someone I'm not , I don't appreciate that the company staff lies about the fact that they attempted to deliver when they know they were nowhere near the office park

i dont appreciate someone lacking to render a service they were paid for , i have no idea what their agreement with the supplier is and its really not my concern , however I paid for this service and expect for them to render same

the staff can not just lie and fail to deliver and hope that same is ok, they need to teach their staff how to respect not only their jobs but the brand as well

when I sent the company a message complaining , they asked for my waybill, sent it 2 minutes later , till now I'm waiting for a resolution
