Unable to confirm delivery date of parcel with Internet Express

I've been waiting for a delivery from Internet Express for a parcel which they collected on 4 Dec. It's now 12 Dec and there's still no sign them. Both their cellphone contact numbers for JHB rings but no-one answers. Email address
