This company *****s people's money!

This company is *****ing customers money I had make a booking two days ago, they did collected it from the collection address, but just returned it (without contacting me at all), the next day to the same collection address. Now I did asked them to refund me, which they refused to do. But, I did pay in full for the collection, as well as the delivery for the parcels. This is not fair towards me, neither towards future clients
