They are absolutely useless! I bought online a warm blanket from alva.co.za for around R2000 on 21 May 2025, and yesterday 29 May 2025, after I've sent them repeatedly Google Maps pinpoint location links, they sent me an email that has been delivered, but I never received it. They've been sent it to Nelspruit and back to Johannesburg without reading anything or click on the location links I gave them... Nobody can read, nobody wants to read anything, and nobody gives a damn!
