They Admitted They Wrecked My Parcel - Then ****

I need to warn everyone about Internet Express. I've never dealt with a company that so brazenly admits a mistake and then pretends they never said it.

Here’s what happened:

My parcel was collected perfectly fine and delivered completely destroyed - torn open and retaped.

I complained, and to my surprise, Internet Express actually wrote back to me and admitted it. Their exact words: "We acknowledge that the box was poorly handled." Finally, a company owning up to its error!

But that was the trap. When I asked them to take responsibility for the damage they confessed to, everything changed.

Suddenly, after a so-called "investigation," they claimed there was "no negligence." When I asked to see the footage or the report that proved this, they went silent once again. They retracted their own written confession without a single piece of evidence.

Their solution? To push me into a lengthy insurance claim process, hoping I'd forget that they already told me they were at fault.

The bottom line: You cannot trust Internet Express's word. They will say one thing when they're caught, and another when it's time to pay. An admission from them is worthless. They lack integrity and will abandon their own written statements to save a few Rands.

I am now forced to take them to the NCC. Learn from my massive waste of time and use a different courier.
