The worst courier company ever!!

These people have a horrible service shame, I have called them twice already. My item was with them from Friday the 10th, and on Monday the 13th it was updated to be the delivery hub, I called them on Tuesday, and the guy I spoke to reassured me that my item will be delivered today (15th December), but their tracking doesn't update, so today I called again, and the guy I talked to told me that they will call me back in a few minutes with an update, and I never received a call after that.

I told the guy that I am travelling on the 16th, and he should at least tell me the expected delivery date so that I can make arrangements, but I'm still in the dark.

This is the most pathetic and inconvenient service ever, and at least if they updated their tracking system, but no they don't. Now I'm leaving and I will be gone for a long time, I can't even make arrangements with someone to receive my parcel while I'm gone because they can not be trusted.

You guys need to improve your service, it's the worst!
