The worse couriers company to ever use

The worst courier company that I have ever used. The worst part about it is that I no choice in selecting them. I ordered an item from Security King on the 25 of June. It is now 02 July and I still have not received my order. I live in PE and generally I get my orders within 3 days because I do not live in a rural area.

Yesterday I found out that they outsource deliveries to other companies. I received a call from ITT confirming that my delivery will be yesterday 01 July.

The delivery never arrived. I call ITT to follow up, they could not find any of my details and the Internet express tracking number did not work. I called Internet Express today, and my calls keep on getting dropped.
