I missed their delivery and was really disappointed as my parcel was a birthday gift for a little girl the next day and their next scheduled delivery was only for afew days later which means she would not get her gift in time. I got Adams number from the contact list on the website and gave him a call and even though they were in the middle of moving offices. He made a way to deliver my parcel on time which made a little girl very happy. I will only use Internet Express! Great customer service
