Terrible service!

I can't believe this! We're running a business, and we take immense pride in serving our online customers with excellence. Waiting for Internet Express to pick up their orders for 2-3 days is tarnishing our brand's reputation in the eyes of the public. Our customers mean the world to us, and we're committed to providing them with outstanding service. It's high time Internet Express steps up their game – either hire new drivers or bring in more of them! This situation is absolutely intolerable! We won't give Internet Express another chance after this.
