TAKALANI INTERNET EXPRESS

I was given the number of Takalani as the Ops guy to contact for the Edenvale collections. Everytime I call that guy he never answers my calls. If I have any escalations with him, he never calls to give me feedback. HE ALWAYS DROPS MY CALLS! POOR SERVICE FROM THAT GUY.
