Day 5 of still waiting for my parcel to be picked up with being promised it'll be picked up first thing this morning (4 December)

04 Dec 2023, 11:18Never would I ever recommend this courier service to be used. Goedkoop koop is duur koop and it applies to services as well. If you don't pay a decent price and want to cut back on shipping, Internet Express is not the courier to use. I have to refund the customer due to ****ty delivery services. Black Friday and Cyber Monday gets blamed, yet other courier services were able to pick up and deliver within the time frame they showed on Bob Go. I just get told that it will take 2 days to deliver in the SAME PROVINCE and AFTER WAITING 5 DAYS for pick up with NO communication whatsoever. and the best of all? The lady puts the phone down in my ear. Bravo for you kek service. You fit right in with South African standards
