STAY AWAY FROM INTERNET EXPRESS

Not impressed with their service! Cannot get hold of the JHB branch been calling every 15 minutes since the 4th of December. My parcel says it's been out for delivery since the 4th of December just to find out it is still at the Depot! LIKE HOW DOES THIS COMPANY STILL EXIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only person who assisted me and answered his phone was the PE branch Manager Donovan. I think they should let him be the CEO just to give some feedback.
