Somewhat slow but EXCELLENT service

It is the first time that I have ordered something online from a company that uses the services of Internet Express for delivery.

From all the delivery services I am fami**** with, I need to compliment Internet Express - in particular their representative Mthobang who has delivered my parcel - for their functional and effective tracking system and friendliness.

I have ordered the product well ahead of time before I need to use it but the only criticism I have is that the turnaround time was a tad slow. However, the regular feedback I have received provided me with the comfort that I needed knowing that my parcel is on its way.

In future, I will have peace of mind when I know that they are going to deliver my order.
