Socking Service not to be use

Booked and paid for a parcel to be collected and delivered with clear instructions been waiting for days and no one has collected the parcel yet. Check the states this morning and it said return/ resend. Called Internet Express they got no update or know what is happening. Emailed them 1 email come back as failed other one just not getting any response. I will never use their service again!
