Shockingly no feedback on numerous requests

No feedback on local non delivery(not delivered in a week) from at least 5 customer service consultants, management not available to help and my client has subsequently cancelled her order. We were promised prompt feedback by every person we spoke to, and not ONE has come back to us after numerous phone calls. We will never use them again- they really don't give a damn. I dont think they want to be in business.
