I am expecting a package from rentoza which was scheduled for delivery last week friday and it never came. Todat still nothing and I have been calling the call centre since morning. First I was told they cant get hold of the courier partner in bethlehem but will keep trying. As time goes and I see no delivery , I called again and was told it will definately be delivered. Around 4 pm again I call and I am told the "courier partner" in bethlehem says their driver came this morning and no one was home which is a BLATANT LIE. NO ONE CAME TO MY HOUSE. I am supposed to leave for Bloemfontein with that package tonight now I have to wait for tomorrow when they feel like delivering. This is incompetence and the worst customer care. The audacity to lie that they came to my house and no one was home is worse. I always order from rentoza and this is the first time I experience such ******* service and they should choose their courier partners wisely next time. I am beyond ****ed nxaaaaaaa.
