seems they have staff taking packages

Internet express couriers phoned me last week and informed me that they dropping of my package at a local business, less than 1km from my house. Surprise suprise, package was not delivered there - we are a town 0f abou 50-60 people, an unknown M Hynn or M Hynn signed for it - there is no person with that name in our town.

They keep on closing the ticket regarding the missing package with no solution. Their audit trail has it deliver on Thursday and signed for and again out for delivery on Friday the next day . So it time traveled a day.

The way they not addressing the issue and keep on closing the support gives me the idea that they have an internal theft problem.
