Really bad service from internet express

Worse service ever. Parcel that had to come from Pretoria to Cape Town last week already. Called them all week and got no response from them. Then I called on Wednesday and was only told then that there was an outstanding balance because the weight was more than I was quoted on. I paid the balance immediately and sent POP.i was then told that my parts would be delivered on Friday. Called all morning and kept getting told that they will call me back. Then I get told that my parts won't be able to get delivered today. Worst customer service and no communication with the customers on where items are. Got told that I need to send proof of payment through again. Been waiting over a week already for my items to arrive. Will never recommend Internet express couriers to anyone in the future as the service was really bad
